I've been going here since I was about 16 years old. Brought my daughter today and we both had a great time. Spicy shoyu ramen was delicious!

Hidden jewel mom and pop (Husband & Wife) kind of restaurant. The shrimp tempura roll was some of the best I ever eaten. The noodles and broth tasted great as well. My sister has had neither previously and enjoyed both. I got to speak with the new owner and he informed me that the establishment has been opened since 1991.

When there with my family for the first time and absolutely loved it! We ordered their dragon roll, takoyaki, shoyu, and tonkotsu ramen. I had the the tonkotsu and loved it a lot! The broth wasnβt salty and had the perfect mix of rich pork flavour and creaminess which I liked a lot. The ratio of noodles and pork with the broth is very balanced. For the sides, I really liked their takoyaki. It has octopus in it and was really nice. My favorite from all the things we ordered was the dragon roll! It was crispy crispy with the shrimp in it, and then then the fish (i forgot what it was) on top balanced it out really well. The flavor with the eel sauce was bursting a lot and was so good especially with the crunch. Overall, we enjoyed our meal here and we plan on coming back to try the other rolls and appetizers! If youβre nearby, try this place out. Itβs really good and a hidden gem over here at Canton.

First time visiting after the change in management and the food is even tastier! We got Shoyu and Tantanmen ramen, both were really well balanced and flavorful. The tempura was also really crispy and not soggy. Only thing I miss is the old handwritten signs on the walls.

Iβve tried tonkatsu and tantanmen ramen at other places, but the broth was often too heavy with pork flavor. Here, the balance was perfectβrich, flavorful, but not overwhelming. The dragon roll was outstanding, with tempura that stayed super crispy. The ramen broths were deep with umami, and the jellied egg was spot-on. The noodles tasted fresh and homemade, and I enjoyed every bite down to the last drop of broth. The food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best ramen spots Iβve been toβIβll be coming back for sure!
